"Had an appointment today from 1pm to 1:45pm and I arrived a bit late but text them ahead of time that I would be late by almost 20 minutes due being held back by another appointment. When I arrived they made me wait almost 5 minutes for them to tell me that they didn’t have time for me anymore even though I told them I would just take 10 minutes or less because I just wanted to update my payment card. Still was denied any time with them so I canceled my policies immediately after with them. Saved over $1000 a year switching my 22’ rzr turbo 4 door from this insurance to Juan Zuniga Farmers insurance and GEICO reduced my 6 month premium by $27 every 6 months for adding my utility trailer so I gave this agents insurance an extra start because they helped me save money by going to other insurances."

"Isaias Ruiz office has been great, very upfront very honest and very helpful. Mia at the front desk made everything clear and explained things so they made sense, Communication goes a long way. Insurance is something everyone needs but it shouldnt have to be a hassle, thanks for making things easy !........ update. ....... New changes to my policy due to me calling to add a car and still the same great service. Suprised by the deal to to be honest. Again was helped by Mia, who explained every insurance option i had. Took their time and answered every question in a way i could understand. It makes having insurance feel easier cause they dont teach much about insurance in school. So when you get quotes from different places online it can feel like a lot to take in. But here at this office when i submitted for a quote for my requested changes i received a phone call and was asked when was a good time to discuss over the phone. Which to me makes a difference as well. Again like i said before communication goes a long way. This office has been great. 👍👍"
